Hello, Welcome to POLYVA, a pioneer in the PVA water-soluble packaging technologies. We are working closely with a variety of household detergent companies in China and oversea.

POLYVA has developed a series of rotary drum ffs machines to manufacture single and multiple chambers unit dose water-soluble capsules, delivering any combination of liquid, granule, powders, and gels. 

To meet different demands on the capacity and budget. We have developed a full machine range which includes superhigh capacity model 660, standard model 530 for medium capacity, starter model 350 for smaller capacity. They are all high speed rotary drum type machine.

The POLYVA machine is designed to maximize the PVA film utilization and produce low scrap.  The rotary machine produces 30% less scrap than the low cost heat-sealing flat machine. Thanks to the direct insert crosscutting system, we don’t need a wider cross cutting groove like our competitors who are using the rotary cutter. This greatly save your cost. The cold sealing technology minimize the leakage rate and greatly protect water solubility of pva film. 

Fully servo motor control makes our machine more flexible, It is equipped with integrated controls and a touch screen menu-driven interface that enables the operator to adjust operations such as the filling rate and speed of drum on the screen, as well as thermoforming, product filling, pouch sealing, and integration with downstream packaging and secondary packaging functions.

The advanced models include an auto-splicer to change rolls of film with minimal downtime. There’s detection sensors in every key position to give full alarm to operator if something goes wrong with the production. If there is no film, no good vacuum forming, the fills will stop automatically, eliminating clean-up time and saving product.

The rotary drum can be quickly replaced for production conversion to other shapes. A single machine is able to make different product. That is a really great helper for a contract manufacturing company.
