Molding and packaging equipment is the core of customized laundry pod production, and its manufacturing process focuses on high precision and stability.
First, the sealing mold and cutting tool are designed based on the customized pod size (such as 15g, 20g) and shape (square, round). The mold cavity is precision milled using a CNC machining center to ensure dimensional tolerances within ±0.05mm.
The film conveying system requires special attention to the unwinding tension controller and guide mechanism to ensure smooth conveyance of the water-soluble film (PVA) and avoid wrinkles that affect sealing quality.
The filling valve assembly is made of stainless steel, precision-polished to ensure a tight seal between the valve core and valve seat. A servo motor controls the filling volume, achieving accurate metering to the 0.1g level.
After equipment assembly, thousands of trial sealing and cutting tests are conducted to optimize the heat sealing temperature (typically 120-150°C), pressure, and time parameters to ensure a secure and easily disintegrating pod seal, ultimately creating a stable and reliable molded packaging unit.
