Different from rotary drum-type units, our flatbed platform structure delivers stable mold forming, flexible mold switching and consistent sealing quality. The whole line realizes fully automatic operation from PVA film unwinding to finished pod output, suitable for medium and large-scale factories launching laundry pods, dishwashing capsules, concentrated cleaning sachets and agrochemical unit-dose packs.
All equipment adopts SUS304 stainless steel structure, complies with CE safety standards, and supports customized cavity layout, filling system and visual inspection module.
