The core of the hygienic equipment design and manufacturing process is to meet the hygiene standards and cleanliness requirements of daily chemical product production.
First, the structural design adheres to the principle of zero dead angles and no recesses. The equipment frame and table are made of 304 stainless steel with a brushed surface for easy cleaning. All material-contacting components (such as the mixing tank, filling valve, and piping) are made of 316L stainless steel and comply with FDA and EU 10/2011 standards.
Seals must be made of food-grade silicone or EPDM rubber to ensure chemical and high-temperature resistance.
Welds on the equipment surface must be polished to a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm to prevent material residue.
Hygienic testing is performed during the manufacturing process, including surface finish inspection and leak testing (air or water pressure testing). A cleaning validation plan is also provided to ensure that the equipment meets hygiene requirements before and after production, using either CIP (cleaning in place) or COP (cleaning off-line).
