The manufacturing process of a filling precision control system focuses on achieving precise metering and stable filling of laundry detergent base.
First, the filling method (piston, gear pump, or peristaltic pump) is selected based on the capacity of the customized pod (e.g., 10-30g). The piston filling valve must be precision-machined from 316L stainless steel, with the clearance between the piston and the cylinder controlled to 0.01-0.02mm to ensure metering accuracy.
The servo motor drive system must be manufactured to match the operating frequency of the filling valve, using an encoder to provide real-time motor speed feedback for closed-loop control of the filling volume.
The material conveying pipeline must be constructed using sanitary hoses or stainless steel tubing to reduce the risk of material residue and contamination.
After completion, the system undergoes accuracy testing. Continuous filling (over 1,000 times) with clean water or simulated material is performed to determine the filling volume tolerance (typically ≤±1%). Filling stability is also tested with materials of varying viscosities (50-500 cP) to ensure that the weight accuracy requirements of the customized product are met.
