The manufacturing process of the raw material mixing system focuses on ensuring the uniformity and stability of the laundry detergent base.
First, the mixing tank volume (typically 500L-2000L) and impeller structure (anchor, paddle, or high-speed disperser) are designed based on the customer's customized formula mixing requirements (such as solid-liquid mixing or multi-component mixing). The tank body is welded from 316L stainless steel, and the interior is mirror-polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm) to meet sanitary standards.
The heating/cooling jacket is pressure-tested to ensure leak-proof operation. It is also equipped with a temperature sensor and thermostat to maintain constant temperature control (e.g., 30-50°C) during the mixing process.
The agitator shaft and seal assembly utilize mechanical or magnetic seals to prevent material leakage and external contamination.
After the system is completed, it is necessary to conduct no-load and load tests. By stirring simulated materials of different viscosities (viscosity range 100-1000cP), the stirring uniformity (sampling analysis error ≤ 2%) and the operating stability of the stirring shaft are tested to ensure that the mixing requirements of the customized formula are met.
