The equipment factory acceptance and after-sales service preparation process is critical to ensuring smooth equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
First, we develop factory acceptance criteria (FAT) based on the technical agreement signed by the customer. These criteria include equipment appearance, performance parameters (production efficiency, filling accuracy, sealing and cutting quality), safety protection, and hygiene requirements.
After equipment manufacturing is complete, we invite the customer to our factory for factory acceptance. We conduct on-site testing of various equipment performance indicators and provide technical documentation (such as operating manuals, maintenance manuals, circuit diagrams, and parts lists).
After passing acceptance, the equipment is disassembled, packaged, and equipped with dedicated transport fixtures to prevent damage during transportation.
After-sales service preparation includes assembling a professional service team to provide services such as equipment installation and commissioning, operator training, and the supply of consumable parts. We also establish customer records and conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure long-term stable operation.
