The core of the manufacturing process for customized parameter adjustment functions is enabling rapid switching between production of laundry pods of different specifications.
First, a parameter storage and recall function is designed into the electrical control system. Production parameters for different products (such as pods of varying weights and shapes) can be set and saved via the touch screen, including agitator speed, filling volume, heat-sealing temperature/pressure/time, and cutting position. Up to 100 sets of recipe parameters can be stored.
The mechanical structure utilizes adjustable mechanisms, such as the filling valve stroke, which can be adjusted by a servo motor; the heat-sealing mold spacing, which can be adjusted by a handwheel or pneumatic cylinder; and the film guide mechanism, which can be adjusted by a screw.
The manufacturing of parameter adjustment functions requires switching testing, simulating the process of switching from one product specification to another. This testing verifies the accuracy of parameter recall and the ease of mechanical adjustment, ensuring that the switchover time is kept within 30 minutes to meet customers' diverse and small-batch production needs.
