Powder PVA Water Soluble Film

Specially engineered for dishwashing scenarios, the film dissolves rapidly and completely in cold water (5℃–30℃) without leaving film residue or sticky fragments. It avoids the problem of residual film adhering to tableware, dishwashers and pipeline systems, ensuring pure cleaning effect and meeting high-standard household and commercial dishwashing requirements.

POLYVA PVA film has excellent chemical stability and strong compatibility with common daily chemical powder formulas, including dishwashing powder, detergent powder, decontamination powder, enzyme-containing cleaning powder, and low-ionic surfactant compound powder. It does not react with alkaline, neutral and weakly acidic powder ingredients, effectively preventing powder deterioration, caking and packaging bulging during long-term storage.

With uniform film thickness, high tensile strength and excellent ductility, the product resists cracking, piercing and deformation. It perfectly fits the automatic molding, filling and sealing process of irregular and regular dishwasher pods. The precise heat-sealing performance effectively prevents fine powder leakage, solves the common industry problem of pod edge cracking and powder leakage, and improves product yield and appearance grade.

Made of pure environmentally friendly PVA raw materials, non-toxic, tasteless and harmless.
