In early June 2024, Polyva Group launched the Longteng Plan, selected 14 management trainees from many universities across the country, and organized them to participate in a one-week management trainee program with the theme of "First Entry into Longmen, Polyva's Way" training camp.

At the opening ceremony, the 14 management trainees were full of energy and vitality. They introduced themselves one by one with passionate tones. They raised their right hands, clenched their fists, and solemnly swore that as new members of the Polyva Group, they would strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, practice corporate culture, and strive to transform the knowledge they have learned into results, combine theory with practice, integrate into the big family of Polyva as soon as possible, and maintain a dedicated mentality and determination to continue learning.

The mentor group felt the passion and determination of the management trainees, stood up firmly, clasped their right hands, and swore: "As mentors, we adhere to the principle of being responsible for the company and the students, conscientiously perform our mentoring duties, strive to train new people, and are determined to be meticulous Teaching and striving for excellence.” The loud voice of the mentoring group resounded throughout the entire Polyva Group, making management trainees feel confident that the mentoring group would win.

After the ceremony, the mentor group took 14 management trainees to visit various centers/business units of Polyva, from experimental research and development to production workshops, from production equipment to product testing, from product packaging to transportation arrangements, allowing the management trainees to have a better understanding of Polyva Have a preliminary experience.

In the next six days of intensive training courses, the heads of various centers/business divisions of Polyva Group gave management trainees a comprehensive and detailed explanation of cognitive building, products, equipment, and other courses, allowing the management trainees to understand the Polyva group further. During the period, Huang Weihong, general manager of Polyva Group, explained to the management trainees the industry situation and corporate culture of Polyva's development in a humorous way; Xu Yanting, executive deputy general manager of Polyva Group, told the management trainees about Polyva's corporate development history and departments Positioning allows management trainees to understand Polyva's vision of "making people's lives better", its mission of "continuously improving quality to add value to customers" and its values of "creation, respect, dare and achievement".

On July 8, the one-week training camp for management trainees ended. Finally, Huang Weihong, general manager of Polyva Group, awarded the best newcomer award of this training to management trainee Li Si, and awarded the best team leader award to management trainees Liu Chulan and Yu Jing. they recognized their outstanding performance.

The first phase of Polyva Group's Longteng Plan has reached a perfect conclusion and will enter the second phase.
