During the coating process, the running direction of the coating roller needs to be set opposite to the forward direction of the film, so that the purpose of transferring the coating liquid has been achieved. A coating system with double-sided coating requires two upper and lower coating rollers. The coating rubber roller can be lifted when the coating film is not produced, so that the coating roller does not touch the cast sheet, and the pressure roller is pressed down to make the cast sheet contact the coating roll during production to achieve coating. If double-sided coated products are produced, the upper coating roller will transfer the coating liquid to the surface of the rubber roller, and then the rubber roller will transfer the coating liquid down to the cast sheet.
